Bookings
All bookings must be in writing with the address and date. These can be by email to gcoastphotography@gmail.com or text to 0402 042 799.
Cancellations and Re-Scheduling
All cancellations or re-scheduling must be made 24 hours prior or a $80 administration fee will be charged.
Availability
Day shoots are available Monday to Fridays between 9am and 2pm.
Twilight shoots are available from 4.30pm 7 nights per week and adjust as is relevant to sunset times. The cost for twilight shoots start at $230.
Logos on photos
If you want your real estate logo on a set of photos, this will be done for $20 for the set of websize images for use on your website and social media.
Payment
Terms for Account Holders – Corporate Clients Only
Invoices will be sent to the agent who booked the shoot. There is a 5 day payment term for all account holder clients. You may forward the invoice to the vendor if you prefer them to pay direct, however, if they do not pay the agent will be liable to pay outstanding invoices. If the agent informs us at the shoot that they will not be liable for the invoice and directs us to email the invoice to the owner directly, we will retain images until the home owner has paid the invoice.
A late fee of $50 will be applied after 30 days of non-payment, or $100 after 60 days of non-payment. After 30 days of non-payment all images licences are revoked. Please note that the contract is with the agent not the vendor.
Terms for Private Bookings – Homeowners etc.
Where the client is not the agent (e.g. the home owner), an invoice will be generated at the time of the shoot with the payment due prior to the delivery of the job. Gold Coast Photography do not allow accounts for private jobs.
Rental / Short shoots
These are only available for day time slots. Please note the $110 charge only includes 8-10 images.
Body Corporate Buildings
All prices quoted are for individual lots on a strata plan and can not be spread betwen multiple units. Each unit photographed is a separate property and will be charged as such even if there are less than 8 images.
Copyright
The Photographer retains copyright of all images, videos, virtual tours and floorplans and may use these for promotional purposes. Any photography done for agencies entitles that agent to a licence to use the set of images to promote the property via any medium engaged for the sale of the property for the marketing period. This licence does not permit the agent or home owner to provide copies of the images to any third parties or to any other company should the agent move offices. The license does not extend to providing any copyrighted materials to other agencies. Non-payment within 30 days immediately revokes this licence and all images must immediately be removed from all marketing materials.

All Tweed and Brisbane locations incur an extra travel fee of $50 plus any associated costs with parking, ferries or tolls.
All prices are valid until December 31, 2021.
